The region of Kahramanmaraş has a number of rivers and dams which are suitable for fishing. The rivers collect their water from me high forest lands and distribute to rural areas. These rivers and dams provide people living in this areas an income opportunities, so the purpose of our study were to investigate the potential of fresh-wather fish farming in this mentioned area. in addition to that the negative and the positive fish production factors were also studied.
