摘要：Entrepreneurship and economic development are desirable for encouraging new business development, existing business growth and positive impacts on regions. However, the process of achieving these outcomes is challenging and not always straightforward. A method of systematizing information assets holds the potential to help one business benefit from another business. The authors have developed a plan to capture and manage pertinent information to identify new market and supply chain opportunities by using techniques that go beyond traditional industry classifications and standard economic development information.
