摘要：The financial crisis of 2008 has its roots in banks and brokers making risky mortgage loans used to support risky mortgage collateralized securities. Computer Information Systems were an unintended catalyst, nexus and an enabler of the misdeeds and poor decisions made by financial managers at many levels. A study conducted in the northeast United States shows that managers include greed, mismanagement, and government policy as contributors, and IT as a nexus and enabler of the financial crisis.
