摘要:This paper presents a comprehensive approach to teaching ERP/SAP with the course assessments and learning outcomes. The course emphasizes on teaching SAP implementation as the whole process of transforming ERP business procedures to organization wide requirements. The learning outcomes were assessed via the course assessment exam and the course survey questionnaire at the end of the quarter. SAP is utilized as an ERP software tool in the course. Although both graduates and undergraduate students who took the course achieved positive learning outcomes, the significant difference in learning outcomes was identified between graduate and undergraduate students. The paper concludes with several suggestions to those who seek to teach enterprise system integration course.
