摘要：This paper proposes to focus on the design, implementation and evaluation of a dynamic online assessment (DOA) system. In addition to the facilities offered by the most commonly used static online assessments, DOA is also interactive in real-time. This paper focuses on the technology aspects of design and implementation of a DOA system.
