摘要：The knowledge about the role and competences of the social assistance necessary in his work developed through the client system, it's a must, taking into account the fact that success, the personal and professional performances lie upon them. I conceived this work with the purpose of aiding the new promotion of social assistants who have to continuously reach their inner resources in order to be able to determine the client go ahead, to reborn.
