摘要:Even though the Selective enquiry based on a written questionnaire determines solely the declared behavior of consumers and not the actual one, as in the case of observation, this method is used in studying consumer preferences because of the advantages of time and money that it provides, in comparison with all the other methods meant to reach the same objective. The paper underlines the main issues regarding the use of the statistic survey in researching consumer preferences in order to pin-point some important characteristics of such an research.
