摘要:For the purpose of kinetically analyzing the initiation of gait, three components of floor reaction force (X, Y, Z) were measured in 20 healthy male adults by using a force plate. Subjects were instructed to stand on a force plate and to put a right foot forward immediately after a signal sound. They performed three trials and floor reaction force was further examined longitudinally; at the beginning of transfer of center of gravity, at the maximum transfer of center of gravity, and at the swing phase of right foot. The transfer of the center of gravity began 0.2 sec, and became the maximum 0.5 sec after the signal. Right foot was in the swing phase of gait 0.7 sec after the signal. Analysis of variance and Spearman's rank correlation confirmed to some extent the reproducibility of floor reaction force in the three trials. These results suggest that floor reaction force at the initiation of gait may be useful for the evaluation of gait stability of hemiplegic patients.
