摘要：This scientific opinion of EFSA deals with the risk assessment of the substance silver zeolite A (silver zinc sodium ammonium alumino silicate), silver content 2-5 %, REF. No. 86437 for which the CEF Panel concluded that there is no safety concern for the consumer if migration of silver ion does not exceed the group specific migration limit of 0.05 mg Ag/kg food. The CEF Panel noted that the use of the substance may also result in migration of aluminium into food. The potential exposure to Al for an adult weighing 60 kg can be estimated to be at the range of 4.4% of the TWI of 1 mg/kg bw/week set by the AFC Panel (EFSA, 2008).
