摘要：This scientific opinion of EFSA deals with the risk assessment of the substance trimethyl trimellitate, CAS No. 2459-10-1, REF. No. 25885 for which the CEF Panel concluded that there is no safety concern for the consumer if the substance is used as a co-monomer up to 0.35% w/w to produce modified polyesters intended to be used in contact with aqueous and dry foodstuffs containing no free fat at the surface.
