摘要：Handheld devices such as mobile phones and PDAs have permeated organizational daily life along with the growth of information communication technologies. In this analysis, the researchers will explore the advantages and disadvantages of the use of these handheld devices, and possible sources of cyber-crime. Also, several solutions and strategies are suggested for dealing with cyber-crime. This research is a study to investigate the nature of handheld devices and cyber-crime, future research opportunities reside in the area of cyber-crime prevention strategies from a management standpoint and legislation from government agencies.
