摘要：As part of college teacher team and a worker at the first line of college ideological and political education, college students counselor should update the education philosophy in the new era, confirm the role position, meet the needs of social development, change the method of work according to work conditions, explore new innovative work mechanism, and promote the fast and comprehensive development of college students counselor’s work.
