摘要：The speed growth, urban expansion wants priority on the infra-structure, mainly about service of sanitary that must be security and confiable. The environmental sanitary is very important to quality of life from population, because it draw on destination their health. That way, it is deadly important developing researches and studies in that area, looking for diagnostic and the proposition of results and/or alternatives adequate and doable to the problems of sanitary from the city
