摘要：What is common to security of Afghanistan President, building jail complex in Guantanamo bay, collection of inquiry data in Iraq, destruction of crops in Columbia and managing with informatics and communication systems to prevent attacks on USA? By coordination with national forces all mentioned tasks are independently conducted by private military organizations.
