摘要:The aim of this study was to evaluate the antagonistic effect of probiotics cantaining bacteria: Lactobacillus sp., Streptococcus sp. and Bifidobacterium sp. (LSB) against pure cultures of pathogenic bacteria: Escherichia coli (CCM 3988), Listeria monocytogenes (CCM 4699), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CCM 1960), Salmonella enterica (CCM 4420), Staphylococcus aureus (CCM 3953), Staphylococcus epidermidis (CCM 4418) and Serratia rubidaea (CCM 4684). In the first part of the experiment antagonistic against of probiotic organisms on pathogenic bacteria were studied. The probioticum (LSB) used in this study was found to have inhibitory effect on five of the seven groups of pathogenic bacteria. Inhibitory effect was seen against the species Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Serratia rubidaea and Staphylococcus epidermidis.
