  • 摘要:This paper presents the ultrasonic welding possibility of thermosetting materials, showing that it is possible to create a ultrasonic welded joining between thermosetting materials. The paper starts by showing the proprieties of every component and the proprieties of the thermosetting material. The thermosetting ma ter ial ha s a spe c ial geom e tr y because is made to fit in the anvil of the welding machine and also to better control the welding process. The first part of this paper will end with a series of conclusions linked to the optimum mounting of the assembly. In the second part of the paper will des cr ibe in short the ultrasonic we ld ing me thod and then will present the geometry of the parts, also it pr es ents th e in fluenc e of th e geom e tr y ov er the welding parameters and the necessity of constraining the welded parts to improve the welding parameters. Diverse simulations on the mechanical side, thermic s ide and s tr es s resistance are presented, this simulations help in choosing the optimum ultrasonic welding parameters and in diminishing the number of rejected parts. Every case is taken in consideration and every diagram is analyzed for a better optimization of the ultrasonic welding parameters.In the last step a parallel is made between the results obtained with the help of the mathematical simulation program COSMOS from the package SOLIDWORKS and in this way choosing an optimal ultrasonic welding process of the tow parts presented in this paper and a s e r ie s of pe rsona l conc lus ion s.
