摘要:A poll survey which consisted of 35 questions related to general attitudes in the scope of management and 5 questions related to the ways of funding was carried out in the sample of 66 managers who were high positioned in sport organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After their preliminary preparation by normalization and other kinds of basic statistical procedures, the results were brought to canonic relations using the cancross procedure which maximize relations between two sets of variables with minimal sensitivity which is provoked by ordinary generators of results inconsisitency. the result were two important linear canonic combinations that described the two models of sport managers. The first model was described as a steady type of manager, because it was equally described by all the sources of funding as well as by most of general variables and it was supposed that it was the matter of impacts inside already established network of communication and financial flows. However, the second type was described as unsteady type of manager, which is bipolary divided in younger and more propulsive persons that are orientated on their own sources of funding sport organizations and some other sources and in older persons that are almost in a maximum way oriented on the sources of funding coming from the competent ministry departments. Lack of stability is manifested in both of the cases due to relatively uncertain position in which both of the types are at the moment, whether it is due to uncertainity of being employed or adults' influence or due to young persons' preference of risky behaviour.
