摘要：Virtually all modern computer operating systems and browsers adhere to the International Standard for character encoding defined in ISO/IEC 10646:2003, Information technology – Universal Multiple- Octet Coded Character Set (UCS), and its sister, the Unicode Standard (www.unicode.org). Widely used in applications and fonts, ISO/IEC 10646 has been adopted by many national standards bodies.
