The goal of this paper is to investigate the relations existing between the total number of apartments and the number of apartments in which one, two three or more households live, as well as the relations existing between the total number of apartments and the number of apartments in which 1, 2, 3, 4 5, 6, 7 or more persons live. Since these relations are linear, the analyses were carried out with the coefficient of the simple linear correlation and the coefficient of the simple linear determination. Furthermore, the paper investigated the relations existing between the size of apartments and the number of apartments in which one, two, three or more households live, as well as the relations existing between the size of apartments and the number of apartments in which 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more persons live. Since these relations are nonlinear, the analyses were carried out with the index of the simple nonlinear correlation and the index of the simple nonlinear determination.
