  • 摘要:Organizational justice in this rapidly-developing work-life may become an increasingly important issue to both managers and employees. This article aims to study the effective organizational justice model for Iranian public organizations. It initially identifies antecedents and consequences of organizational justice. Then, it examines the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment, trust, OCB, turnover, and job satisfaction as well as the impact of organizational structure on organizational justice.
