摘要：Through this work we achieved to test the Hierarchical Model of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation by Vallerand (1997) with the aim to measure the relationship between perception of motivational climate regarding self-determined motivation, and how these self-determination levels could predict prosocial and antisocial behaviors in young participants. However, 216 football players from infantile and cadet categories were recruited, whom showed that mastery climate was a positive predictor of perception of autonomy, competence and relatedness, whereas performance climate positively predicted pressure feelings. Furthermore, perception of autonomy and relatedness were positive predictors of higher levels of self-determination, whereas this variable positively predicted prosocial behaviors and negatively predicted antisocial behaviors.
