modern, fascinating, and truly
interdisciplinary area of study.
This subject, already recognized as a
cataloging category by the Library of
Congress, should not be confused with
cyberlaw. Internet governance scholars¡¯
study of content regulations or
jurisdictional issues are complemented
by the study of the internet¡¯s technical
management and architecture. The actors
