The objective in this paper was punctuate some aspects of a pilot study with a group of 5 children, with the René Kaës method of the ‘Group like a dream’ as a theoretical support framing the specificities of child speech. We introduced an auxiliary tool, that we called structure of speech, as a model to capture symptoms that might characterize subsyndromal depressive symptoms. The method demonstrated interesting logistics qualities to the analyst’s clinical strategy. The study was achieved in the school following the latest researchers suggestions to prevent children depression.
