摘要：Many enterprises have tried solving existing procedure problems and operating problemswith IT. By reviewing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) industry all over the world, itstill was in forced to develop research to reduce the cost of each RFID chip enhancing thebusiness competitive advantage. However, RFID only provided a technical ability, whetherit works or not, corresponding on how the industry did carry on the operation processadjustment and innovation, and with collaboration of other systems. For all the reasonsabove, back side collaboration is a key term that leads business to success or failure. Thisresearch has applied a conceptual framework, consisting of characteristics of RFID,Systems Thinking and business performance to both manufacturing and service industries.The sampling procedure of this research involved questionnaire delivery and investigationof six different industries that will possibly carry out RFID in the future. The resultsdemonstrate how participating employees with a systemic view can adopt a bettermethodology to solve problems in RFID. Moreover, how performance can be enhancedthrough Systems Thinking is also presented.
