摘要:We analyse the dynamics of ICTE (Information and Communication Technology for Education). ICTE are linked to technological changes related to the rise of ubiquity and mobility (“mobiquity”) which are characterized by ambiguity in the field of learning at the university level. Blended technology and uses prevail, rather than a radical “revolution”.
