摘要:This article makes an approach to the process of elaboration and implementation of rules in the context of kindergarten. It is based on a study that had as main objectives to understand if and how rules are implemented in kindergarten, to identify the importance they assume in this context as well as the educators’ perceptions about their role and emerging difficulties in the process of elaboration and implementation of rules. Four educators were interviewed and the results allowed us to conclude that participants tend to attach great importance to the role of rules in the context of kindergarten and to children’s and family participation in this process. The participants also indicated the need for training in this area.
