We describe a case of hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (entrapment), and review the reports from literature. The main characteristics are autosomal dominant inheritance, recurrent mononeuropathies (ulnar, median, peroneal, brachial plexus), and specific features at nerve biopsy.
