摘要：We describe the social features of Google Fusion Tables, a cloud-based data management service whose goal is to facilitate collaboration around data sets. The social features include the ability to specify attribution of data sets, a mechanism for conducting discussions on data (at ﬁne granularity, such as row, column or cell), the ability to merge tables that belong to different owners, and the ability to share speciﬁc queries and visualizations and embed them in other properties on the Web. We describe the rationale for designing these features and our experiences after our ﬁrst year of interacting with users.
