ABSTRACT: This article aims to address the contribution of the historian Sandra Pesavento Jatahy to process Brazilian museum, focusing on the conduct of research, exhibitions and publications between the years 1987 and 1992. From the production of exhibitions and publications produced by the historian and his team intends to examine, in particular, how were designed and processed the visual images that context.
