摘要:This article presents a balance of the development of the Teacher In-service Education Programme in Mathematics for 1st and 2nd Cycle of Basic Education Teachers (PFCM), since it’s beginning in 2005 until now. The article begins with the characterization of PFCM by specifying its objectives and guided principles, its organization and the role of different types of training sessions. A quantitative and qualitative balance of PFCM development for the last four years is presented, as well as set the most positive aspects and those who feel less successful. The article ends with a global balance of PFCM and the challenges it faces.
