摘要:The success of supervision system which is an indispensable tool for improving the
education system depends on the missions and responsibilities carried out by the education supervisors.
The displaying style of the consultancy roles of education supervisors is considered as vital in carrying
out these missions and responsibilities. There are some supervision models being peculiar to the
supervision process. The aim of the study is to form suggestions for in-service training facilities for
education supervisors by discussing supervision models based on roles of education supervisors. This
study is designed as a descriptive study.
