摘要：While there are conceptual differences in personalized and socialized charismatic leadership, there is also evidence that contextual factors and aspects of personality are involved in the emergence of these compelling types of leader behavior. In this article we offer a conceptual framework of leader narcissistic disposition and emerging charismatic leadership patterns. In addition, we propose that a transcendent event may lead to a development sequence whereby an element of situational narcissism is initiated, ultimately creating the attribution of charismatic leadership form and outcomes outwardly inconsistent with initial leader motivations.
