摘要：Virtually all societies have developed regulations about how business should be transacted and how business organizations should be managed. To explore the issues associated with international business ethics, it is helpful to distinguish between three concepts: individual relativism, cultural relativism, and universalism. My aim in this paper is to examine the dynamics leading to the emergence of underground, illegal, and informal economy.
