摘要：Our action is intended towards emphasizing some of the most important issues in Romanian research area, especially with reference to the technical and agricultural research and this because it is important to understand how our research area has evolved in the past 20 years in order to know what has to be done in the present to achieve a reliable research industry in the coming future. Before reaching any benefit from our research system we should understand what drives the people involved and what makes it so difficult to manage and so important for the society.
