摘要:The accelerated process of information imposes to the 21st century educator a reform of thinking which, besides turning him/her into a learning facilitator, can seize the content resignification for the subject formation. With the purpose of collaborating with this informational age educator, the present paper proposes criteria to rethink the teaching-learning relationship, as well as parameters for the future educator evaluation and formation. A new paradigm for the education should take into account the virtual universe and the new ways of producing knowledge associated with the cultural mundialization. Connecting new technologies, education and knowledge, this article proposes to rescue the vision of a developing education, committed to principles which strengthen human dignity.
