摘要：We present an on-line cartographic application applied to seismic vulnerability of 29 urban bridges in Ensenada city, Baja California, Mexico. This system permits to have a record of vulnerability, a catalog of images and general information about the bridges. In addition, it will serve for the realization of contingency plans since before there weren’t studies and systems of this kind in the city. For the development of the cartographic application we implement open source technology such as: UMN MapServer, Web Client Fusion and PostgreSQL.
