摘要：The paper investigates how diﬀerences in infrastructure quality may aﬀect industrial location between countries. Employing a dual- technology model, the main result of the paper is the somewhat sur- prising conclusion that an improvement in a country’s infrastructure may weaken its locational advantage and induce a ﬁrm to locate pro- ductioninacountrywithalesseﬃcient infrastructure.
