摘要：This paper presents a novel method of developing an integrated logistics model for an industry / organization using the supply chain management system, thus providing a greater visibility of logistic model for an organization & eliminating the drawbacks of the current integrated logistics models. An algorithm is developed for this integrated logistics model in this research paper. This concept is being implemented by using a suitable example with an automobile, thus showing the effectiveness of the developed method.
