摘要:Sometimes an important message
is misunderstood because
the recipient focuses too much on
who is delivering it rather than
what is being said. Such is the case
of the recent paper put out by the
Business Council on National Issues,
Global Champion or Falling
Star? The Choice Canada Must
Make. The chief executives of Canada¡¯s
major companies were sounding
the alarm that Canada could
well become a second- or thirdclass
country, as a result of lacklustre
growth. They argued for policies
that would improve economic
growth, such as tax reform and better
education.
