摘要：The study it approaches the teaching work, making it from experience systemize in Superior Ensino that allowed to point elements with respect to the construction of a matrix of referring problems to the process of pedagogical work, treatment with the knowledge, objectives and evaluation in the exercise of the docência in the superior teaching. It is argued, also, the pedagogical theory, theory of knowledge, project of formation human being and historical project as essential to the teaching work in the perspective of the overcoming of the current organization of the pedagogical work whose essential traces correspond the base capitalist technique to organize the human work, flexible, breaking up, precarious , super-explored, productive and alienator.
