This paper deals with the diagnosis of psychical load in supervisors of "Puerto Habana" customs. Because of the importance of the introduction of women in this kind of job the analysis were done by means of comparison of the results between men and women. This comparison showed that women experience psychical load while men do not. The subjective state of load in women at the end of the work time is characterized by a reduction of psychophysical effort, reaching in a shorter period lower production and lower motivation with respect to the task in order to eliminate the fatigue, but not getting rid of it.
