摘要:This study was conducted to compare the social abilities of kindergarden children who wereeducated through Montessori method and the mainstream children. The participants of this studyare 122 kindergarden children in Selcuk University Vocational Education Faculty IhsanDogramacı Application Kindergarden in 2007 and 2008. Kindergarden Class and KindergardenBehaviour Scale developed by Merrell (1994) was used as the data collection mean. It is seen thatthere is a considerable difference between children who were educated through Montessorimethod and the mainstream children in their Social Cooperation, Social Interaction and SocialIndependence points.
