  • 摘要:Management and organization culture are determinant factors which are determine theprocess time of an organization, its management and its changing. While management providesmanaging of the staff in an organization, organizational culture provides controling and directingof the staff. Management and organizational culture have great importance which are completingeach other for any organization.Management of the hospitals which are basic sub-systems of health sector is difficult andcomplex. For that reason, it is esential to answer such questions, building an organizationalculture in hospitals, which organizational structure is required for management of the hospital, atwhich stage does these culture starts etc. Because, in order to achieve an hospital, manager of thehospital must know organizational culture which is formed by behavior of servicing staff, theirshares, and their rights.The aim of this study is determining effectiveness of staff and managers who work in AfyonKocatepe University (AKÜ) Hospital on construction of personal organizational culture andorganizational culture.
