摘要:Diversity management approach, which proposes making use of differences betweenindividuals in organizations in order to offer competitive advantage, is becoming getting a moreimportant strategic consideration for contemporary organizations. The main goal of this researchis to observe the application of the three processes cited in the “Total Integration Theory” in sixorganizations (three of domestic companies, three of foreign invested companies) and whetherthere are differences between them.
