  • 摘要:The distinction between a brand and a trademark is beyond the linguistic area.Just like in case of publicity and commercials, the differences are of substance, and not of appearance, and are known by the experts.If the trademark is analyzed from a synthetic perspective as a cumulation of characteristics specific to the product, the brand must be analyzed from a synergetic perspective, meaning the amount of factors is higher than their strictly mathematical result.
