摘要：The paper sets face to face ¡°europhoria¡± and ¡°euroscepticism¡± and after a short history of EURO presents a list of arguments and contra-arguments of ¡°europhoria¡± supporters and ¡°euroscepticism¡±. The main conclusion of the present paper is that now ¡°euroscepticism¡± is a fashionable current in the modern Europe.
