摘要：The purpose of this paper is the evolution in time of a firm and the investments realized. The notion “investment” is very complex and disputed. Thus, from financial point of view, the investments represent the change a present and certain some of money in hope obtaining some superior future incomes, but probable. In bookkeeper sense, the investments appoint allot of an available bursary for acquirement a fix assets, which shall determinate financial fluxes of exploitation incomes and outlays. We shall present the elements necessary for substantiation of a decision of investments, namely: - The type of investments as against with the others competitors; - Qualitative and quantitative information; - Market-research; - Estimation the sells, costs and capital assets level.
