摘要：The work deals with the insolvency risk management in the banking societies throught the .Guarantee fund for deposits in the banking system”. Beginning with July the1th 2004 the quarantor depositors are both natural and legal persons, including the entities without legal personality, and since january the 1th 2005 the limit per quarantor depositor has been equivalent in lei with 10000 euro. The study presents the actual mechanisms and the future challenges of the .Guarantee fund for deposits in the banking system”.
