摘要：After 1989, Rumanian society in generally and economy in specially, has face with a very complex restructure process, about which it has been spoken a lot, but done to few thing for the understanding of it implication in political development plan. The abstract term "restore process" has concrete reorientation action, dissolving or creating new economical agent as start point, in specific part of country.
