摘要：Graphviz http://www.graphviz.org is a flexible tool for laying out and rendering graphs. We have developed an R interface to the Graphviz functionality. In this article we demonstrate the use of Rgraphviz to layout molecular pathways, but note that the tool is much more general and can be used to layout any graph.
